RECEIPT OF MAINE YANKEE RESPONSES TO REQUESTS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING SUPPLEMENTS 1 AND 2, AND FINAL STATUS SURVEY REPORT SUPPLEMENT 8
Dear Mr. Meisner:
On February 16, 2005, and February 17, 2005, Maine Yankee Atomic Power Company (Maine Yankee) submitted responses to Requests for Additional Information (RAI) regarding Final Status Survey Report (FSSR) Supplements 1 and 2, and FSSR Supplement 8, respectively. Maine Yankee has requested U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) review and acceptance of Supplement 8 by April 29, 2005. The staff expects to meet Maine Yankees request. The schedule for NRCs review of the RAI responses will be established during an upcoming bi-weekly teleconference.
