Petition Under 10 C.F.R. 2.206for the Florida Power & Light Company, Turkey Point Units 3 & 4; Docket Nos.: 50-250 and 50-251

Dear Mr. Reyes:

By Petition dated July 1S, 2004, the undersigned and the National Environmental Protection Center ("NEPC") requested that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("NRC")

take certain and specific enforcement action against its licensee, the Florida Power & Light Company ("FPL") for willful and intentional discriminatory acts taken against the undersigned in violation of NRC regulations and requirements as set out under 10 C.F.R. 50.7.

To date, the undersigned has not received a timely response from the NRC with respect to his 2.206 Petition as required under the agency's regulations. Therefore, the undersigned explicitly requests that ygu initiate actions to cause a written response to the undersigned advising about the status 'of the aforementioned 2.206 Petition.

Any failure on the part of the NRC to timely provide the undersigned a written response to his inquiry as stated above, may result in redress of this matter in the courts. I look forvard to receiving your timely written response accordingly.
