UPCOMING PUBLIC MEETINGS REGARDING NORTH ANNA EARLY SITE PERMIT APPLICATION The NRC will be holding three public meetings in the near future regarding the NRC staffs draft safety evaluation report for the North Anna ESP application. These meetings will all be held at the NRC offices in Rockville, Maryland.
February 23, 2005, 1-5 pm. Meeting between the NRC staff and Dominion Nuclear North Anna LLC. See the meeting notice at http://www.nrc.aov/Dublic-involve/nublic-meetincs/index.cfm for the agenda for this meeting.
March 2, 2005,1-5 pm. Meeting between the NRC staff and the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS) Ad Hoc Subcommittee on Early Site Permit Applications.
March 3 or 4, 2005 (TBD). Meeting between the NRC staff and the ACRS full committee.
ACRS meeting schedules and agendas, along with information on public participation in ACRS meetings, may be found at the ACRS web site at httn://www.nrc.-ovlwhat-we-do/reaulatory/advisorv/acrs.html. The date/time of the full committee meeting above should be available on that web site in a few days.
