Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
The FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company hereby submits, pursuant to 10 CFR 72.48(d)(2) and the licensing provisions of 10 CFR 72, Subparts K and L for Dry Fuel Storage, the biennial 10 CFR 72.48 Summary Report of Facility Changes, Tests and Experiments for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit Number 1 (DBNPS).
This 10 CFR 72.48 Summary Report is for the period of January 1, 2003 through December 31, 2004. No changes occurred to the Dry Fuel Storage Facility during this reporting period.
