FORTHCOMING MEETING WITH R. E. GINNA NUCLEAR POWER PLANT, LLC REGARDING PROPOSED PARTIAL LAND TRANSFER DATE & TIME: Wednesday, March 2, 2005 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.

LOCATION: Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Training Center 1517 Lake Road Ontario, NY 14519 PURPOSE: Discuss a proposed application under 10 CFR 50.83 to release a portion of the Ginna site for unrestricted use. Specifically, a small strip of land on the western boundary of the owner controller area would be released for possible sale.

CATEGORY 1*: Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff will be available to answer questions before the meeting is adjourned.

PARTICIPANTS: Participants from the NRC include members of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR).
