BIG ROCK POINT - ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT 126 TO APPROVE THE LICENSE TERMINATION PLAN (TAC NO. L52096)
Dear Mr. Haas:
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 126 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-6 for Big Rock Point. This amendment is in response to your application dated April 1, 2003, as supplemented by letter dated July 1, 2004.
The amendment revises Facility Operating License No. DPR-6 for Big Rock Point to annotate approval of the Big Rock Point License Termination Plan.
A copy of our related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's next biweekly Federal Register notice.
