SUMMARY

OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE December 2004 The unit began the month at 100% reactor power.

On 12/18/2004 at 0001 power was reduced to 85% for Main Turbine Valve testing for the stop, control and intermediate valves. Testing was completed and reactor power was returned to 100% at 0215.

The unit operated at 100% power for the remainder of the month.
