This is to notify Entergy Nuclear Vermont Yankee L.L.C., Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., the Vermont Department of Public Service, the New England Coalition of Brattleboro, Vermont, and the NRC Staff that the Board will hold a prehearing conference call to discuss scheduling matters on January 21, 2005 at 2 PM, EST. The parties should be prepared to provide estimates regarding when this case will be ready to go to hearing and the time necessary to try each admitted contention. Additionally, the Staff should be prepared to provide estimates of the dates when the Final Safety Evaluation Report and the Final Environmental Assessment or Final Environmental Impact Statement will be completed and when the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards will meet regarding the Vermont Yankee EPU.
