CORRECTIVE ACTIONS FOR THE DEFICIENCY IDENTIFIED DURING THE SEPTEMBER 14-16, 2004 MILLSTONE EXERCISE
Dear Mr. Christian:
This letter forwards the status of the subject Deficiency. Specifically, on December 21, 2004, FEMA Region I RAC Chair, Deborah S. Bell, sent a letter to Edward L. Wilds Jr. of the State of Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection informing him that FEMA reviewed the corrective actions for the Deficiency and deemed them to be appropriate.
No response to this letter is necessary. Thank you for your continued support of the offsite emergency preparedness programs surrounding your site. If you have any questions on this matter, please contact David Silk at 610-337-5372.
