Dear Mr. Thayer:

On December 13, 2004, Kenneth L. Horak, Acting Regional Director, FEMA Region I, sent a letter to Bruce G. Cheney, Director, New Hampshire Department of Safety, forwarding the report of the October 21, 2004, MS-1.

The report identified no Deficiencies or Areas Requiring Corrective Action (ARCA). A copy of the letter from FEMA and their report are in ADAMS under accession number ML043580325.
