UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI AT COLUMBIAANNUAL REPORT OF SAFETY CONSCIOUS WORK ENVIRONMENT SURVEY AND ASSESSMENT
Dear Mr. Butler:
Thank you for your response of December 29, 2004, to our confirmatory order of December 19, 2003, requiring, among other actions, the University of Missouri to perform an employee cultural survey developed by an independent consultant or entity and report the results to NRC. Your response included the University of Missouri Culture Survey Annual Report. We have reviewed your first annual report and found that it meets the conditions of the confirmatory order. In addition, we noted that your report indicated that you will be performing a second survey in 2005. We will review your detailed assessment, the actions you are taking to address the trends noted by the report, and the results of the 2005 survey during future inspections.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
