FORWARDING OF TRANSCRIPT OF DECEMBER 7, 2004, TELEPHONE CONFERENCE
Dear Mr. Judson:
By letter dated October 27, 2004, you filed a Petition, pursuant to Section 2.206 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR 2.206), on behalf of the Central New York Nuclear Security Coalition. In the Petition, you raise certain concerns about the protection from fire of equipment located in the screenwell and pumphouse building at the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant. On December 7, 2004, a telephone conference was held between the Petitioners and the 10 CFR 2.206 Petition Review Board in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation to provide an opportunity for the Petitioners to provide any additional explanation or support for their request. As indicated during the telephone conference, the enclosed transcript of the telephone conference is being provided.
