Schedule Request for 95003 Inspection
Dear Mr. Reynolds:
As stated in the NRCs August 12, 2004 Assessment Follow-Up Letter, the Perry Nuclear Power Plant (Perry) has been placed in the MultipleIRepetitive Degraded Cornerstone column of the Action Matrix.
As part of the NRC response to Perry performance, a NRC inspection per inspection Procedure 95003 will be conducted. We request that this inspection be started on May 16, 2005. This date is being requested to allow Perry to complete Refueling Outage 10 during the months of February and March of 2005 and to demonstrate progress in the implementation of the Perry Performance Improvement Initiative.
