Dear Mr. Thayer:

On September 9, 2004, Kenneth L. Horak, Acting Regional Director, FEMA Region I, sent a letter to Albert Lewis, Director of the Vermont Emergency Management Agency, forwarding the report of the August 19, 2004, alternate joint news center drill.

The report identified no Deficiencies or Areas Requiring Corrective Action (ARCA). A copy of the letter from FEMA and their report are in ADAMS under accession number ML043450420.
