- Ronda, As we discussed, here is the latest template reflecting the VY licensing basis that we have been using.
File "rs-001 vy se template.wpd" is a WordPerfect conversion of a Microsoft Word file received from you on 212/04. It should be consistent with Entergy Supplement 4, Attachment 4, dated 1/31/04. I will update the electronic file as needed after you provide ahardcopyarkup of the changes needed per 5/28 RAI SRXB-A, question 3.
