December 21, 2004 eBay Fraud Investigations Team, It has come to the attention of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) that posted auctions may contain radioactive material. The items are self luminous exit signs that may contain tritium. A specific NRC or State license is required to distribute radioactive material in this form and a general license is required to possess exit signs.

Item # 3859970862, Seller: One-Ten, Hawesville, Kentucky NRC has made a determination that an unauthorized sale may occur. Can you please provide me with the name, city, state, email, and telephone number of the seller, One-Ten, and any buyers so that we may advise them of the appropriate licensing requirements regarding the possession and transfer of generally licensed devices.
