NEI PROBLEM STATEMENT: CONTROL ROOM HABITABILITY TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Your September 22, 2004, letter indicated that there were several recent inspection and licensing actions in which the staff had begun to impose new control room habitability requirements on particular licensees. In addition, your letter requested a meeting with the Licensing Action Task Force to discuss your concerns in this area.
As we discussed, this issue will be addressed at the Licensing Action Task Force meeting in early 2005. In preparation for the meeting, we request that you provide additional details for the inspection and licensing actions of concern, and if possible, a licensee contact.
