Dear Sir or Madam:
By this letter, Entergy is providing notice of its current intent to submit an application for license renewal for Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station in December 2005.
In Reference 1, Entergy provided notification that the project to renew the Operating License for Pilgrim Station had been deferred, but that plans regarding Pilgrim's Operating License renewal would be reevaluated as conditions change. Entergy has since determined it is appropriate to include Pilgrim among its internal efforts for Operating License renewals for the Entergy Fleet.
This letter contains no commitments.
