Dear Commissioners and Staff:
In accordance with Technical Specification (TS) 5.6.1Oa, this special report provides the number of steam generator (SG) tubes plugged during the Unit 2 twelfth refueling outage (2R1 2) completed during November 2004. A total of 51 tubes were plugged.
Based on the 2R12 SG tube inspection results, all SGs were defined as TS 5.5.9 Category C-2.
