Dear Mr. Stall:
This refers to the meeting conducted at your request at the Region II Office in Atlanta, Georgia on December 6, 2004. The purpose of the meeting was to provide the NRC with a Florida Power and Light (FPL) engineering overview. Enclosed are a list of attendees and the presentation handouts.
The discussions focused on the following topics: Engineering Performance, Corrective Action, Equipment Reliability, Life Cycle Management, Materials Management, and the 2004 Hurricane Season. The meeting was informative and did not result in any specific action items or decisions.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
