REQUEST FOR PUBLICATION IN BIWEEKLY FEDERAL REGISTER NOTICE - NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company, Docket No. 50-213, Haddam Neck Plant, Middlesex County, Connecticut Date of amendment request: January 9, 2004 Brief description of amendment: The amendment revises Technical Specifications to incorporate Technical Specification Task Force (TSTF) travelers 152, 258, and 308 to reflect changes due to revision of Part 20 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, and TSTF 65 to reflect the use of generic titles Date of issuance: December 17, 2004 Effective date: The license amendment shall be implemented within 90 days of its effective date.

Amendment No.: 200 Facility Operating License No. DPR-61: The amendment revises the Technical Specifications.

Date of initial notice in FEDERAL REGISTER: March 30, 2004 (69 FR 16616)
