Dear Mr. Nazar:
This letter confirms the discussion between our staffs to have a Public Meeting on December 15, 2004, at 2:00 p.m. EST, in the first floor conference room of the American Electric Power Company building in Buchanan, MI. The purpose of this meeting is to present the results of the NRCs license renewal inspections conducted in accordance with Inspection Procedure 71002.
The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have an opportunity to speak with the NRC after the discussion of the inspection results are completed, but before the meeting is adjourned.
I will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
