Dear Mr. Kravetz:
I am responding to your November 2, 2004, letter to our Executive Director for Operations, Mr. Luis Reyes, in which you express concern regarding the status of solicitation RS-SDB-04-300. We apologize for the oversight in responding to your e-mails. The NRC strives to provide timely responses to all inquires but clearly did not in this case.
Due to material changes in the NRC requirement, NRC no longer has a need for the design of a mentoring program nor does the NRC require this training in its Region III office in FY 2005.
Therefore, we are cancelling the solicitation.
We trust this responds to your concerns and appreciate your interest and participation in this solicitation.
