COLUMBIA GENERATING STATION - CORRECTION TO SAFETY EVALUATION DATED OCTOBER 28, 2004, REGARDING REVISION TO THE PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATION PLAN, AND SAFEGUARDS CONTINGENCY PLAN (TAC NO. MC2905)
Dear Mr. Parrish:
By letter dated October 28, 2004, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued an administrative change to the Columbia Generation Station Facility Operating License (NPF-21) to incorporate the reference to the recently-revised physical security plan, training and qualification plan, and safeguards contingency plan. Your staff identified errors in the Safety Evaluation provided in the October 28, 2004, letter.
Therefore, the NRC is issuing corrected pages 4 and 5 of the Safety Evaluation, which contain Safeguards Information. The revised Safety Evaluation pages for Columbia Generating Station are enclosed. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
NOTICE: The Enclosure contains Safeguards Information. Upon separation from the Enclosure, this letter is DECONTROLLED.
