SUMMARY

The plant operated at full power during the month (excluding small power reductions for required surveillance testing) with the following exceptions: On October 10, 2004 at 0114 hours0.00132 days <br />0.0317 hours <br />1.884921e-4 weeks <br />4.3377e-5 months <br />, reduced power from 100% to 73% for Control Rod Pattern Adjustment and plant was returned to full power at 0622 hours0.0072 days <br />0.173 hours <br />0.00103 weeks <br />2.36671e-4 months <br />.
