Meeting notice is at ML042720242. I hope providing you the number meets your need for getting an e-copy - if not, please let me know.
We are still working on draft letter - definitely won't go out this week. We will assess progress in next couple of days and determine whether we need to postpone the Oct 22 meeting. We want to hold to that date but also want to get you a well-vetted letter beforehand. I'll keep you posted.
