05000280,281/2004010 dated October 1, 2004. This report identified a preliminary finding which will be the subject of discussion at a regulatory conference to be held on November 12, 2004. Dominion's perspectives on the facts and assumptions used in the preliminary significance determination analysis are attached.
The attached material contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
