REVISED INITIAL EXAMINATION RESULTS LETTER, NO. 50-123/OL-04-01, UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI
Dear Dr. Crow:
This letter forwards to you personal privacy information associated with the operator licensing examinations administered during the week of May 3, 2004. This information supplements the publicly available information in the examination report. Enclosure 1 lists individual grades for all candidates. Enclosure 2 includes individual candidate summaries for all candidates (NRC Operator Licensing Form 301N).
This revised results letter is being issued because of a scoring error in Category B of the written examination. As originally graded, Category B had a total worth of 21 points. Subsequently, it was found that Category B contained only 20 points. This raised the grades in Category B for all candidates taking the written examination. In one case, it resulted in the candidate passing the examination.
