STP Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) submitted revisions to the South Texas Project Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan in References 1, 2, and 3 as required by Order EA-03-086.

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4 and Order EA-03-086, STPNOC is'submitting the revised Security Plan as an attachment to this letter. The attached revision to the Security Plan includes changes resulting from NRC staff review of the STP Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan.

The attached CD-ROM (Attachment B) contains one copy of this entire submittal (Attachment A and this letter) as allowed by NRC Regulatory Issues Summary 2001-05, dated January 25, 2001.
