FENOC PERFORMANCE MEETING
Dear Mr. Leidich:
This letter confirms the discussion between members of our staffs to have a Regulatory Performance Meeting at 6:00 p.m. on November 16, 2004, at the Renaissance Quail Hollow Resort (Barberry Room) at 11080 Concord-Hambden Road, in Painesville, Ohio. The Meeting is open to the public and there will be an opportunity for the public to speak with NRC representatives before the meeting is adjourned.
The purpose of the FENOC Performance Meeting is to discuss the state of the FENOC fleet of nuclear power plants and to discuss how the fleet will deal with the challenges of MC 0350 requirements at Davis-Besse and IP 95003 at Perry.
