ULNRC-4989 dated 4/26/04 The Commission issued Order EA-03-039, Compensatory Measures Related to Training Enhancements on Tactical and Firearms Proficiency and Physical Fitness Applicable to Armed Nuclear Power Plant Security Force Personnel, ("Order") on April 23, 2004 to Callaway Plant.Section III.A.2 of the Order required that Union Electric complete implementation of the requirements in Attachment 2 to the report to the Commission when it had achieved full compliance with the requirements described in Attachment 2 to the Order.

Union Electric hereby certifies that the requirements in Attachment 2 to the Order have been completely implemented and all armed security force personnel have been fully trained and qualified.
