It has come to my attention that the hard copy of the NRC Staff's brief, sent yesterday via first-class or NRC internal mail in this license renewal proceeding, was missing page 3. A corrected hard copy has been placed in today's first class mail. I apologize for any inconvenience caused, and request that you simply discard the first hard copy, postmarked October 18. Yesterday's electronic filing was correct.
