State of Vermont VY uprate/NPSH Questions I have concurred in the response to the subject questions, which was prepared by Rich Lobel and edited by Rick Ennis to reflect the feedback from Brian Sheron on the related Lochbaum letter last Thursday.
Since this subject has reached Brian's level and has some sensitivity I wanted to give you an opportunity to read before I se-id it back. Rick is looking to get this back today, but I'm sure we can have a little more time if you're interested. Please let me know your wishes.
