Nuclear Regulatory Commission ATTN: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555-0001 Palisades Nuclear Plant Docket 50-255 License No. DPR-20 2004 Steam Generator Tube Surveillance Report - Tubes Plumged Nuclear Management Company, LLC completed an inservice inspection of the Palisades steam generator tubes on October 9, 2004. Palisades Technical Specification 5.6.8.a requires that the number of tubes plugged in each steam generator be reported within fifteen days following the completion of the inservice inspection.
Fifteen tubes were plugged in steam generator E-50A and three tubes were plugged in steam generator E-50B. The total number of tubes plugged in steam generator E-50A is 380. The total number of tubes plugged in steam generator E-50B is 363.
Summary of Commitments This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
