Letter from Nuclear Management Company, LLC (NMC) to Document Control Desk, "Supplemental Response to the April 29, 2003, Orders to Palisades Nuclear Plant," dated April 29, 2004 In the referenced letter, NMC submitted an implementation schedule for Order EA-03-086 and other security-related Orders for the Palisades Nuclear Plant (PNP).

Some interim completion dates provided in the implementation schedule have been revised to be consistent with the required overall implementation date of October 29, 2004 for Order EA-03-086.

In addition, it was subsequently determined that the Owner Controlled Area (OCA)

Surveillance System is not required for PNP to be in compliance with the Order.

Although this item will be completed in the future, it will not be completed prior to October 29, 2004.

Revisions to the implementation schedule are summarized below:
