New England Coalition found that EXHIBIT F had been omitted through a simple clerical e r m and promptly provided a copy via elertronic facsimile to Entergys counsel.

An electronically scanned version of EXHTSZT F was forwarded to all parties via e-mail on September 3, 2004. Service to all parties is also been pmvided to all parties via First Class U.S.Mai1.
