SUMMARY

Unit 1 operated at or near full power during the month of September with the following exceptions: On September 4, 2004, power was reduced to about 490 MWe for rod pattern adjustment and scheduled main turbine steam valve and heater bay maintenance. The unit was returned to full power on September 5. On September 29, 2004, power was reduced to about 980 MWe for load following and was returned to full power on the same day. The unit operated at or near full power for the remainder of the month.
