VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY MILLSTONE POWER STATION UNITS 1, 2.3 AND PROPOSED ISFSI NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1, 2 AND ISFSI SURRY POWER STATION UNITS 1 2 AND ISFSI SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION TO REQUEST FOR SCHEDULE EXTENSION The NRC issued an Order, dated April 29, 2003, Requiring Compliance with Revised Design Basis Threat ("Order EA-03-086" or 'Order") and other security related Orders (collectively
'Orders') for the Millstone, North Anna and Surry Power Stations. Order EA-03-086 required that implementation be completed by October 29, 2004.
DNC/Dominion requested a schedule extension for the Physical Security Plan and Safeguards Contingency Plan in a letter dated September 20, 2004 (Serial No.04-575).
Mr. Al Tardiff of the NRC performed inspections related to the schedule extension requests for North Anna and Surry Power Stations on October 7 and 8, 2004, respectively. As a result of that inspection, Mr. Tardiff requested that additional information be provided. Attached is the information Mr. Tardiff requested.
