Notification of Changes Affecting the Fort Calhoun Station (FCS) Physical Security Plan, the Safeguards Contingency Plan, and the Training and Qualification Plan Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) submits this letter concerning changes to the FCS Physical Security Plan, the Safeguards Contingency Plan, and the Training and Qualification Plan. The enclosure to this letter contains "Safeguards Information."

Upon separation of the enclosure from this

letter, this letter is "DECONTROLLED."

U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Page 2 SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION LIC-04-01 08 Changes have been made to the FCS Physical Security Plan, the Safeguards Contingency Plan, and the Training and Qualification Plan consistent with the responses provided in References 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7. These changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the FCS Physical Security Plan, the Safeguards Contingency Plan, or the Training and Qualification Plan.

This submittal contains safeguards information (enclosed CD) and must be controlled in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21. No commitments are made to the NRC in this letter. If you have any questions or require additional information, please contact Mr. Alan Clark at (402) 533-6666.
