The submitted Security Plan incorporated revisions to address NRC's Requests for Additional Information. Subsequent to that submittal, we have determined, through discussions with members of your staff and as a result of new guidance from the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI), that additional changes are needed. The enclosed pages contain those changes.
Please replace the previously submitted pages of the Kewaunee Security Plan with the enclosed, revised pages.
NOTE: THE ATTACHMENT TO THIS LETTER CONTAINS "SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION" AND MUST BE PROTECTED ACCORDINGLY. UPON SEPARATION OF THE ATTACHMENTS, THIS LETTER IS "DECONTROLLED."
