PUBLIC MEETING TO DISCUSS THE PROGRESS ON CONFIRMATORY ACTION LETTER COMMITMENTS
Dear Mr. Koehl:
This letter confirms the discussion between Ms. Frances Ramírez of NRC staff, and Mr. Jim Connolly of the Nuclear Management Company (NMC) to have a meeting at 8:00 a.m. (CDT) on Monday, October 18, 2004, at the Two Creeks Town Hall, 5128 East Tapawingo Road (Corner of Highway 42 and Tapawingo Road), Two Creeks, Wisconsin 54241.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss, in detail, NMCs progress in addressing commitments pertaining to the Confirmatory Action Letter issued on April 21, 2004. The meeting is open to the public and there will be an opportunity for the public to speak with NRC representatives before the meeting is adjourned.
