FEMA REGION IV FINAL EXERCISE REPORT FOR JUNE 23, 2004 FULL PARTICIPATION PLUME EXPOSURE PATHWAY EXERCISE - SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR POWER PLANT
Dear Mr. Singer:
Enclosed is the subject report for the June 23, 2004, full participation plume phase pathway exercise of the offsite radiological emergency response plans site-specific to the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant. All objectives of the exercise were demonstrated with no Deficiencies identified.
However; there was one Area Requiring Corrective Action (ARCA) identified concerning the failure to activate the Sequoyah Siren System after the decision to evacuate the Near Plant Area.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
