Registration of NUHOMS-32PT Casks On August 20, 2004, Nuclear Management Company, LLC, provided information to register the use of approved spent fuel storage casks at the Palisades Nuclear Plant Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI). It was subsequently discovered that two of the cask identification numbers provided in that submittal contain a minor error.
The cask identification number for the cask placed into service on July 24, 2004, is PNP-32PT-K02-S1 25, rather than PNP-32PT-KO2-S125. The cask identification number for the cask placed into service on July 31, 2004, is PNP-32PT-K03-S1 25, rather than PNP-32PT-KO3-S125. The information previously provided for the third cask placed in service on August 6, 2004, is correct.
