Dear Dr. Klein:

Thank you for your response of September 8, 2004, to our Notice of Violation issued on

August 19, 2004, concerning activities conducted at your Radiation Center TRIGA Mark-II

Reactor Facility. We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements

of 10 CFR 2.201. We will examine the implementation of your corrective action during future

inspections.
