3 was replaced in the reactor protection circuitry and tested satisfactorily.
SUMMARY
The unit operated at or near 100% power from 8/1/2004 until a Reactor Trip occurred at 1010 CDT on 812212004, during restoration of a scheduled surveillance test on the reactor protection system. The unit was restored to commercial operation at 2300 CDT on 8/23/2004, and operated at or near 100% power for the remainder of the month of August 2004.
