Nuclear Regulatory Commission ATTN: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555-0001 Palisades Nuclear Plant Docket 50-255 License No. DPR-20 Intent to Submit Application for Renewal of Palisades Nuclear Plant Facility Operating License The purpose of this letter is to inform the Nuclear Regulatory Commission that Nuclear Management Company, LLC, and Consumers Energy Company will seek license renewal for the Palisades Nuclear Plant. It is our intent to submit an application for license renewal on or before March 31, 2005.
