FINAL PROPOSED PHYSICAL SECURITY PLANS, REVISION 0, DATED SEPTEMBER 9, 2004 The purpose of this letter is to provide the Final Proposed Physical Security Plan which also includes the Training and Qualification Plan and the Safeguards Contingency Plan.
This plan supercedes TVA's proposed Physical Security Plan dated April 29, 2004, pursuant to the subject Order and includes proposed changes in response to NRC's requests for additional information or requests for teleconferences dated June 10, 2004, June 18, 2004, June 28, 2004, July 9, 2004, July 23, 2004, and July 26, 2004.
This response contains Safeguards Information as defined in 10 CFR 73.21.
TVA, therefore, requests that the Enclosure be withheld from public disclosure.
There are no Regulatory commitments identified in this submittal.
