Salem Generating Station Units I and 2 Docket Nos. 50-272 and 50-311 License Change Request S04-06 Request for Change to Technical Specifications Definition of OPERABLE PSEG Nuclear LLC submitted the proposed change to the Salem Technical Specifications by letter to the NRC dated July 23, 2004. The proposed changes to the definition of OPERABLE and the sections on Electrical Power Systems - Shutdown and Electrical Distribution - Shutdown are consistent with the Improved Technical Specifications (NUREG-1431, Rev. 3, "Standard Technical Specifications for Westinghouse Plants").
