Dear Sir or Madam:
In the letter of reference 1, NRC requested additional information regarding section 9.4.1 of Energy Northwest's proposed Physical Security Plan (PSP) and the Safeguards Contingency Plan (SCP) that are currently being reviewed by NRC staff. Energy Northwest's response to the requested additional information was transmitted in reference 2.
SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION NOTICE:
The attached information contains Safeguards Information. Upon separation from the Attachment, this transmittal letter is de-controlled.

This additional information represents the revised language of the associated sections of Columbia's proposed PSP and SCP currently being reviewed by the staff.
