Dear Sir/Madam:
By this letter, I am informing you that I am resigning as Reactor Supervisor effective Aug 31, 2004. I will the Reactor Administrator.
Dr. Dong Ok Choe is replacing me as RS and will assume the duties of the Reactor Supervisor on September 1, 2004. Dr. Choe meets or exceeds the obligations for an RS as outlined in ANSI Standards 15.4.
